1. Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
Yes. Your account allows you to view your purchases, receive email notifications and provides tracking information for your packages.

2. Do you offer discounts/specials or have clearance items?
Yes. We offer and advertise specials all the time. The specials can be found at Product Specials. If we are clearing out a product, it will be listed along with the specials.
We also have Featured Products that is usually highlighting new products. We also occassionally highlight specific teams especially when it is a new University in our store.

3. How do I track my order?
To track your order, you need to login to your account. Click on the View Your Orders link and open the order you want to track. At the bottom on the order is the tracking number and a button to real-time tracking of the order.
We also have a manual tracking, where you can manually enter a tracking number a nd track packages from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

4. How long will it take to ship my product?
Products ship out after processing is complete. Orders received before 4PM are processed same day and shipped the next day.
Products received after 4PM process the next day and ship the next day.

5. How often are the product stock updated?
Stock updates are done daily except for a few suppliers that only supply updates on a weekly basis. If a product is listed on our site, it should be in stock. Out of Stock items are disabled and can not be seen until the product is back in stock.

6. Is there any way to tell if a product is in stock?
As of 03/01/2009, all out ot stock products are automatically removed when we perform our stock updates. If the product is available, it will be listed on the site. This was in an attempt to have all orders filled with in stock items. There is a very small chance some products run out of stock before the stock update is done.

7. What is a FAQ and why would I need it?
FAQ is short for Frequently Asked Questions. Some FAQ's may be general while others are collected from the questions our customers ask.
This FAQ can be used to answer some of the most common questions about our products and services 24 hours a day. Chances are, your question has already been asked and answered by someone else.

8. When ordering a gift for someone, when should I expect to product to arrive?
In most cases, orders received by 4PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 4PM will be processed the next day.
The product usually ships the following day. You also need to allow shipping transit time which can be from 1-3 days.
When ordering gifts for someone, it is best to order at least 1 week in advance of the occasion to guarantee it arrives on time.

9. Why can't I find a product I seen last week?
Products are updated weekly and all out of stock items are remove from the site. Basically, if you can't find it, it is not in stock. As soon as it is back in stock, it will reappear in the store.

10. Why did my order not ship after paying with PayPal?
PayPal orders that do not appear in your account area were not received by GBShopZone either. This is a problem where your order was not completed.
When ordering with PayPal, it is important to complete the transaction by returning to the site you made the order from by clicking the link provided by PayPal. This notifies the shopping cart that the order was completed by PayPal.
If the PayPal return link is not used, the order will not be received but YOU WILL BE BILLED.
If this happens to you, please use Contact Us with the problem. It is important you do this to avoid delay with your shipment.
